ChatGPT Begins Testing Ad Dashboard as Ads Become More Visible
Ads Push Gains Pace
OpenAI is steadily but more importantly expanding advertising inside ChatGPT. The early signs are that ads are now appearing more frequently to users.
Recent reports are indicating that the company is testing a new Ads Manager tool designed for marketers. The dashboard is expected to help advertisers run campaigns, and even track performance, to make quick adjustments in real time.

From CSV Reports to Real-Time Tracking
Until now, advertisers have been receiving basic weekly reports in CSV format, showing metrics like clicks and impressions. The approach has drawn some surprise in the ad industry, given OpenAI’s advanced technology.
The move towards a proper Ads Manager suggests the company is working to modernise its ad infrastructure and offer a more standard experience for marketers.

Users Spot More Ads
At the same time, ads inside ChatGPT are becoming easier to find. What once felt rare is now turning into a regular occurrence, especially for users on free plans.
Some ads appear relevant to user queries, while others seem less targeted. Still, the overall volume is clearly rising.
For now, all signs point to one direction- advertising is becoming a bigger part of the ChatGPT experience, and OpenAI is moving quickly to build the tools around it.
