What’s New?
Meta is offering three primary kinds of follow-up emails:
- Post Purchase Update
- Confirmed Event Update
- Account Update Message

These follow-up messages are limited to specific types of notifications and businesses cannot use them for promotional content.
Furthermore, they must conform with Meta’s broad guidelines for marketing messages, which determine the frequency and content of messages.
Personalization Options
Although the follow-up emails are based upon templates, companies can personalize them using information about the customer, such as names, address as well as appointment times and many more.
